What I can help with

I work mostly with small businesses across North Carolina. Some need something custom built, some need help making sense of their data, and some just want someone technical they can actually get on the phone. Here is what I do.

Custom Software & Web Applications

Most off-the-shelf software gets you 80% of the way there and then fights you the rest of the way. If you are at that point, or if you need something built that just does not exist yet, I can help. I build web apps from scratch and handle everything top to bottom. No handoffs, no project managers in the middle, just me building the thing.

Data Analytics & Reporting

A lot of small businesses have more data than they know what to do with and still end up making decisions based on gut feel because nobody has put it together in a useful way. I can pull from whatever systems you are already using and build something that actually tells you what is going on in your business. Dashboards, financial summaries, investor reports, whatever you need.

Managed Hosting & Infrastructure

I host websites for several small businesses across NC and keep them running for a flat yearly fee. You bring your own WordPress site and handle the content side of things. I take care of the server, DNS, SSL, and anything that breaks. Most simple sites run somewhere between $250 and $300 a year. You get my cell number, not a support ticket system.

Technology Consulting

Sometimes you do not need anything built, you just need someone who knows what they are talking about to help you make a decision or get something sorted out. I work with small business owners on an ongoing basis as their go-to tech person. That might mean setting up business email, reviewing a vendor contract, figuring out why your site is slow, or just talking through options before you spend money on something.
